Rental Terms & Rental Policy

Eligibility

• Rentals are available only to registered users.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place a rental order.
• Valid government-issued ID may be required for verification.

Rental Period

• The rental period starts from the date of delivery.
• Rental duration will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
• Late returns may attract additional charges.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of checkout. The deposit amount depends on the product value and will be clearly shown before payment.

Product Care & Responsibility

• The rented item must be handled with reasonable care.
• Do not alter, resize, or modify the jewellery in any way.
• You are responsible for loss, theft, or damage during the rental period.

Damage, Loss, or Theft

If the rented item is returned damaged, lost, or stolen, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, you may be required to pay the remaining balance.

Returns

• Items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
• Returns must include original packaging and accessories.
• Late returns may incur daily penalty charges.

Refund of Deposit

After the returned item is inspected and approved, the refundable security deposit (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

• Rental orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on the order status.

Right to Refuse or Terminate

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate rental services in case of policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of rented products.
